Full description

Participate in the design, development, and verification of digital circuits for wireless communication systems (such as WiFi or modem baseband).
Responsible for digital communication module design, RTL coding, simulation, integration, debugging, functional verification, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system, algorithm, and physical design departments to ensure the overall design meets specifications, performance, and schedule targets.
Participate in design issue analysis and debugging, and continuously optimize power, performance, and area (PPA).

Familiar with digital IC design and front-end verification, including RTL architecture planning, coding, integration, and testing.
Proficient in at least one hardware description language (such as Verilog/VHDL; expertise in SystemVerilog is a plus).
Experience in WiFi baseband or other digital communication systems (e.g., LTE/5G, OFDM, MIMO, channel coding) design/verification is highly preferred.
Familiar with IC design flow, such as synthesis, static timing analysis (STA), and common verification methodologies (e.g., UVM, constraint random verification); hands-on experience is a plus.
Programming skills (such as C/C++, Python, Perl) for verification environment development and script automation.
Good communication skills and team spirit, with proactive learning and problem-solving abilities.
