XTN-2A00165 | SMB ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We're looking for a driven and resourceful Account Executive (AE) to join our Small Business sales team. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — for small business accounts across North America. You'll be the trusted advisor who helps growing companies unlock the power of Zoom's unified communications platform to transform how they work, connect, and grow.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building pipeline from scratch, and get energized by closing deals that make a real impact — this is your opportunity.

• Work Where You Work Best: Thrive in a fully remote environment from your own home office.

• Protect Your Loved Ones: Access comprehensive, top-tier healthcare coverage for you and your dependents.

• Prioritize Your Peace: Take advantage of extensive mental wellbeing programs designed for you and your family.

• Unplug and Explore: Enjoy a highly competitive vacation policy that gives you the time you need to disconnect.

• Belong From Day One: Step into a workplace culture deeply rooted in empathy, diversity, and genuine inclusion.

• Own the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new business within the Small Business segment (1–50 employees).

• Build & Manage Pipeline: Consistently generate and maintain a healthy pipeline (target 3x+ coverage) through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic account planning.

• Deliver Compelling Demos: Conduct tailored product demonstrations of Zoom's UCaaS suite — including Zoom Workplace, Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, and Zoom Revenue Accelerator — aligned to each prospect's business needs.

• Hit & Exceed Quota: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly MRR targets through disciplined forecasting and deal execution.

• Leverage Sales Tools: Use Salesforce CRM, Tableau dashboards, and internal intelligence tools to track activity, manage deals, and surface insights that accelerate wins.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales Engineers, Partners, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver seamless customer experiences and maximize deal value.

• Stay Sharp on Product Knowledge: Maintain deep expertise across Zoom's product portfolio and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively against alternatives.

• Champion Compliance & Integrity: Follow established deal-review processes, verify customer legitimacy, and ensure every transaction meets company standards.

• 1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a closing role (AE, Inside Sales, or similar).

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a metrics-driven environment.

• Experience selling to small and mid-market businesses (SMB segment preferred).

• Familiarity with UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communications solutions is a strong plus.

• Experience with channel / partner sales.

• Familiarity with Zoom's product ecosystem or competitive platforms (RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, Dialpad, etc.).

• Background in BPO, tech sales, or SaaS startups.

• Experience selling into the North American market from an offshore location.
